Wayne is one of Puppy's friends from college that first appeared in episode 22: Wedding Balls and briefly in episode 23: Dark Days. Wayne put drugs inside the non-alcoholic beer keg in order to make the party more wild and exciting. After the credits of Wedding Balls, Puppy's cousin gave birth to three puppies, all of them look exactly like mini versions of Wayne, and in Dark Days, they're all named Little Wayne 1, 2 and 3, proving that Puppy's cousin cheated on Puppy with Wayne. In Dark Days, he is shown making out with Puppy's cousin while Puppy just stands there watching.
